Appellant brings five points of error complaining of the trial courts (1) failure to grant a continuance, (2) denial of their objection to entry of default judgment, (3) denial their motion for new trial, (4) denial of their motion for recusal, and (5) for entering a final judgment when appellants co-defendant, Microbial Biotechnology, Inc., had been neither served nor severed from the cause. We affirm.
